Returns Policy Information:
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us immediately regarding a return.
Please make sure that when an item is delivered to you, you FULLY inspect the item before accepting it/signing for it. If there are ANY issues at all with the item, please REJECT it rather than accepting it. It is important to do this as we cannot enter into discussions about the cosmetic condition once you've deemed to have accepted the item.
If the item is under it's warranty period and the item is faulty, we will fully cover all parts and labour costs require to repair or supply an alternative product or refund. This decision will remain at the companies discretion. Items deemed to be "misused" or "tampered with" will have their warranty classed as "void". The company bears no liability or responsibility for faulty plumbing or connections.
The company does not accept any liability implied or otherwise for loss of earnings, damage of any nature or loss of foodstuffs resulting from the goods becoming faulty.
The company does not accept any liability for any installation, de-installation charges that the buyer may incur from an item becoming faulty.
Clothing & Workwear
Please make sure you check our PPE Size Guide & Further Information page before ordering any clothing or PPE. Any items that do not fit must be returned within 7 days and unfortunately we cannot refund any postage or shipping costs incurred.
Cancellations:
Under the sale of goods act - distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt. If the item has already been delivered it must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage or shipping costs incurred.
